We’re reaching out to share an important update for our patients in Massachusetts.
As of June 18th, we are temporarily unable to ship medications to addresses in MA due to a recent regulatory change by the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy. The state now requires a third-party national inspection for all non-resident pharmacies — a new requirement that had not been enforced in previous years.
We began preparing for this inspection as soon as we became aware of the change, but unfortunately, timelines for scheduling and completing these inspections have been delayed due to high demand across the country. We recently learned that Massachusetts will not grant an extension past June 15th to any pharmacy that has not yet completed this inspection.
We sincerely apologize for the disruption this may cause. We’re actively working to complete the inspection process as quickly as possible so we can resume service to MA patients without delay. As soon as we are cleared to ship to Massachusetts again, we will notify you immediately.
